The aim of the GSP is to put a smile on your face, increase your bank account, and help you enjoy peace of mind.

Package 1
HSR will sell or we will buy your house!* ; OR

Package 1

The GSP Package 1 is NOT designed to sell your house below market value.

As your exclusive agent, we aim to sell your house at the highest possible price, in the fastest possible time, and with utmost professionalism.

If the property is not sold within the agreed period, the GSP may take into effect. Subject to mutually agreed terms and conditions, HSR will purchase your house at 90% of the valuation price.

Properties that may not be considered applicable for the GSP include HDB, industrial and commercial properties.

After the purchase, should HSR be able to sell your house within the agreed time frame and at a price that is above 90% of the valuation price, the excess after deducting the agreed commission and other charges will be paid to you.

HSR will be solely responsible for issuing the written guarantee to you.


Package 2

When you buy or sell a property through HSR, we will pay the legal fee.

Package 1

Based on HSR Exclusive Right to Sell and GSP Agreements

HSR to be appointed as sole exclusive agent for a period of 6 months
.
2% commission plus GST
.
GSP application can only be submitted after the 6 months of exclusive marketing period
.
Vendor must use HSR's panel of valuers and lawyers
.
Vendor can decide not to submit an application for the GSP
.
HSR reserves the right to accept or reject the GSP application
.
HSR will only offer up to 90% of the valuation price


Package 2
.
Based on HSR Exclusive Right to Sell / Purchase and GSP Agreements
.
Exclusive for a minimum of 6 months (for seller)
.
Exclusive for a minimum of 1 months (for buyer)
.
2% commission plus GST (for seller)
.
Buy through HSR (for buyer)
.
Loan amount is not less than S$500,000
.
Seller / Buyer must use HSR's panel of bankers and/or lawyers
.
