Guaranteed Home Protection Plan (GHP)

The GHP is designed to remove worries and anxieties about your new home, protect your best interest, and let you enjoy a service that is second to none.

When you buy and sell through HSR, we will repair or replace household breakdowns!*

Package 1
When you buy OR sell through HSR, we will provide you with the GHP for a period of 1.5 years.

Package 2
When you buy AND sell through HSR, we will provide you with the GHP for a period of 3.5 years.

This privilege is granted to HSR’s valued clients. Through the coverage of the GHP, you can notify HSR should there be a defect in your household.

GHP covers:

Interior Electrical & System,
.
Air Conditioning,
.
Plumbing Fixtures & System,
.
Water Heater,
.
Duct Works, and
.
Built-in appliances

Within a reasonable period of time, HSR will send its contractor to repair the defect in your home. If it cannot be done, we will replace the defective component.

Based on HSR Exclusive Right to Sell / Purchase and GHP Agreements

HDB buyers must pay 1% commission plus GST
.
Sellers must pay 2% commission plus GST
.
Covers a period of 1.5 or 3.5 years
.
Does not cover defect that has existed prior to the granting of the GHP
.
HSR shall not pay for expenses incurred without its approval
.
HSR shall pay all reasonable costs which exceeds the deductible amount shown on the GHP Agreement
.
HSR will replace the defective component if it is beyond repair
