School of Actions and Results (SOAR)
The School of Actions And Results (SOAR) was started in August 2005 by Dennis Yong and a team of committed trainers. The purpose is to produce a new generation of champions who will excel in terms of professionalism, quality, service and results.
SOAR comprises of selected facilitators who are not only experienced and competent, they are willing to share generously from their wealth of knowledge, skills and techniques.

All HSR Agents who want to learn and upgrade themselves to become champions.
Conduct
All gentlemen should be in shirt and HSR Tie and ladies should be professionally attired. Latecomers will not be entertained.
