My HSR Customers Lucky Draw 2010

My HSR Lucky Draw is only open to all HSR customers as follows:
A. Purchase Building Under Construction (BUC Property)
B. Buy, Sell and/or Rent a Property
C.Purchase a Oversea Property

  1. The qualifying period for the said Draw for Category A will be from 13/03/2010 to 12/3/2011 and for Category B and C will be from 01/04/2010 to 31/3/2011.
  2. Draw Date 15 September 2011.
  3. If it is necessary HSR reserves the right to change the Lucky Draw prize of the same value.
  4. The colour of the car will be decided by HSR.
  5. The prize to be given out by HSR is a MERCEDES-BENZ C-Class.
  6. All HSR Associates are not not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.
  7. HSR Employees are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.
  8. "Immediate Family" / "Relatives" of HSR employee & advisors are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.
    a) "Immediate Family" means a person's spouse, child, adopted child, step-child, siblings and parents.
    b) "Relative" means
    (i) A person's immediate family (see paragraph (8a) above); and
    (ii) In relation to the persons in paragraph b(i) means that person's spouse, child, adopted child, step-child, siblings and parents.

CATEGORY A

BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION (BUC) MARKETED BY HSR EXCLUSIVELY

  1. Customer will have to purchase minimum one property (Building Under Construction) marketed by HSR.
  2. Customer will received one Lucky Draw Ticket for every Ten Thousand Singapore Dollar Gross (S$10,000) of purchase transaction price.
  3. Lucky Draw Tickets will only be issue after the Customer pays up the first 20% of purchase price and signs the Sales and Purchase agreement.
  4. The Lucky draw Ticket is not transferrable once the property subjects to sub-sale.
  5. Only the Legal owner of the first purchaser is entitled to collect Lucky Draw Prize.
  6. The first 20% of the Purchase price / Sales and Purchase agreement must be cleared / signed no later than 15 August 2011.
  7. All properties must be bought during the qualifying period.
  8. Aborted transaction will not receive any Lucky Draw Tickets.

CATEGORY B

RESALE PROPERTY / BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION (BUC) MARKETED BY HSR ADVISOR

  1. Customer will received one Lucky Draw Ticket for every One Thousand Singapore Dollar Gross (S$1000) commission received.
  2. The Lucky Draw Ticket will only be issued upon receiving the commission(cheque must be cleared).
  3. All properties must be transacted within the qualifying period.
  4. All commission must be received and cleared no later than 15 August 2011.
  5. Aborted transaction will not receive any Lucky Draw Tickets.

CATEGORY C

OVERSEA PROPERTY MARKETED BY HSR EXCLUSIVELY

  1. Lucky Draw Tickets will only be issued after the customer has paid up the deposit (cheque must be cleared)and the exchange of contract of sales has taken place.
  2. All deposits for the purchases must be paid and cleared, the exchange of contract of the sales must be carried out no later than 15 August 2011.
  3. Customer will received one Lucky Draw Ticket for every Ten Thousand Singapore Dollar Gross (S$10,000) of purchase transaction price.
  4. The Lucky draw Ticket is not transferrable once the property subjects to sub-sale.
  5. Only the Legal owner of the first purchaser is entitled to collect Lucky Draw Prize.
  6. All properties must be bought during the qualifying period.
  7. Aborted transaction will not received any Lucky Draw Tickets.
