Timothy Mo
Timothy Mo graduated from NUS under a full scholarship from the Ministry of Education. Since graduation, Timothy has served in prominent IT companies such as NCS and Avanade Asia. He has been a major ICT leader, developer and architect for major customers including Singapore Tourism Promotion Board, MediaCorp and Citibank. He is a specialist in designing and implementing enterprise-level applications as well as large scale system integrations.
Simon Ong
Simon Ong has more than ten years of experience in law firms. He served as the head of legal, mediation and complaint department. He is passionate to serve both My HSR Advisors and clients.
Patrick Liew
Patrick Liew won more entrepreneurship and leadership awards than any other professional in the industry. He has been credited to be an ‘entrepreneur’s entrepreneur’ and a ‘trainer’s trainer’. Billed as ‘Asia’s leading real estate coach’, Patrick believes that his calling is to love and serve My HSR Advisors. Together with them, he aims to make our world a better home.
Mohamed Amanullah
Mohamed Amanullah is a ACCA, registered with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the UK, and an Associate, registered with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore. He holds a bachelors degree in applied accounting and has more than 10 years experience in accounting in the legal, social welfare, and real estate industries.
Monica Yeo
Monica Yeo has a rich and varied experience in managing human resources and office operations. She worked her way through rank and file and developed leadership and managerial capabilities to help her achieve sustainable results.
Lau Hoong Yip
Lau Hoong Yip has an Advance Diploma in Telecommunication and has been working in the engineering field for 6 years since his graduation from the Singapore Polytechnic. He received a Bachelor in Theology from the Singapore Bible College and has been serving in his church for 7 years. He discovered his passion for serving the wider community and began serving the elderly through two non-profit organisations. He is currently the manager of My HSR Corporate Social Mission.
Callie Liew
Callie Liew is one of the most established real estate professionals, having been in the industry for more than 20 years. She had served as the Honorary Secretary of the Association of Singapore Realtors. Kellie has been involved in almost every major sector of the industry and has personally taught many top producers. She earned a MSc degree in marketing and global business. She devotes a major portion of her time helping people through spiritual struggles and other difficulties in life.
John Lim
John Lim is a CPA, registered with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore. He holds a bachelors degree in accountancy and has more than ten years of professional experience in accounting and audit in the semiconductor, environmental, construction and engineering industries.
Jeffrey Hong
Jeffrey Hong earned a Master of Science degree from Baruch College, The City University of New York. He is one of the most successful leaders in the real estate industry. He excelled as a talented top producer in both the HDB and private residential markets.
While focusing on his strategic target market (STM), Jeffrey became the undisputed 'Landed King in D15', and he has been successfully involved in high end and investment markets.
For many years, Jeffrey led the #1 team in My HSR. He was able to produce outstanding champions who continue to impact the market. As the principal mentor of My HSR PAXEL Training System, he was able to produce top producers out of even new Advisors.
Derrick Lee
Derrick specializes in design and build residential projects and has more than ten years in the industry. He has an expertise in creating conceptual and functional building designs. He is also skilled in sourcing quality building materials and has worked in procurement and supply of building products regionally for many years. In the past seven years he has worked within the management structure of CSL Architects and CSLA Management Pte Ltd, a regional Project Management company. CSL Architects is renowned for its design orientated practice with innovative architecture, blending the arts with the poetics of Literature and Music.
Donna Lim
Donna Lim is a Certified International Property Specialist. She started her real estate career more than 10 years ago in My HSR. She was one of the pioneers in marketing overseas property investments and was instrumental in helping My HSR become a dominant leader. A well travelled professional, Donna is a top professional in this market segment.
Donald Yeo
Donald Yeo has proven to be highly effective in coaching top producers and developing breakthrough systems and technologies. Donald was a pioneer in building teams, having led about 500 agents and contributed 30% of the top producers in his previous company.
Dennis Yong
Dennis Yong graduated from Herriot Watt University with a BSc in Estate Management, and Singapore Polytechnic with a Diploma in Building. Dennis is well known for his friendliness, creativity, and aggressiveness in achieving unbelievable feats. He has guided and helped many agents to become top champions in the market.
Jeffrey Goh
Jeffrey Goh is recognised as one of Singapore’s leading authorities on enbloc or collective sales and investment sales. He has held similar positions in previous companies and had achieved a personal sale track record of $1.2 billion worth of collective sales between the years 2005 to 2007.
With over 30 years of vast experience in the real estate industry, his achievements have gained international recognition in his field.
While the collective sale market is treading cautiously, Jeffrey is confident that residential or commercial sites with good redevelopment potential will be able to enjoy good premium through enbloc or collective sales given his personal liaison with local and foreign investors, as well as a good working partnership with property developers. More importantly, Jeffrey is totally committed and passionate to achieve success for his clients.

Zana has climb up the rank since she joined us in 2006,HSR being the first company she joined since graduation,she is being groomed by the management and promoted along the way.With the ability to learn and accept challengs,she has achieve good results and able to assist advisors and staffs in enquiries.
May Lim
May Lim is a senior staff who joined since our office at Shenton way.Form an Accounts Assistant when she joined,she was gradually promoted to Accounts Manager.with her vast experience & knowledge on our accounts workflow,she is able to solve and verify and discrepancy for advisors.
